What is Scrum Poker?

Scrum Poker is a collaborative estimation tool used by agile development teams to estimate the effort or relative size of development tasks. It's also known as Planning Poker.

How it Works

• Create or join a room: Start a new estimation session or join an existing one
• Discuss the task: Team members discuss the user story or task to be estimated
• Vote simultaneously: Each team member selects their estimate privately
• Reveal votes: All votes are revealed at the same time to avoid bias
• Discuss and re-vote: If there's a large variance, discuss and vote again
